About Me
Jennifer Bagg is a mulit-disciplinary artist that specialises in making contemporary physical theatre.
She is driven by the idea that storytelling is the true fabric of all our nature - the solution to and creation of many of our problems, which is why she is fascinated by what it takes to create a performance that moves you. She's deeply passionate about the craft of creating visually and rhythmically enticing stories that transcend cultural boundaries. With a background in acting, Jennifer is currently researching the friction point between truth and fiction - with verbatim often a key component of her highly physical work.

With Southern African heritage, born and raised on the coast of whadjuk noongar boodja, Western Australia and having spent her mid-twenties living and working in Eastern Europe - she has a mixed bagg of influences.

Her early career began on the west and east coasts of Australia before extending internationally to the visual exhibitions of the European capital of culture; Estonia (2024) and into the box offices and venues of Scotland for the ultimate Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2024 and 2025.

Passionate about accessibility, she returned to Australia to co-coordinate Adelaide Fringe 2025 and 2026, the biggest festival in the southern hemisphere.
Now, she is touring New Owner through the United States of America with The Last Great Hunt. Keen an eye out for Alvin Sputnik: Adventures of a Deep Sea Explorer as well!
